Sie studiert und promoviert an der ELTE von 1985-1993 in den F\u00e4chern Psychologie und \u00c4sthetik. &#8211; Ab 1994 dreht sie mehrere Dokumentarfilme und gewinnt 2003 mit dem Film &#8222;Amari krisz&#8220; (Unser Schwur) den Hauptpreis des Dialektus Festival in Budapest. &#8211; B\u00f3dis schreibt Gedichte und Romane. In Ungarn sind bisher ver\u00f6ffentlicht: &#8222;Mind csak idegenyebb \u00fagy&#8220; (Gedichte, 2002) und &#8222;Kem\u00e9ny vaj&#8220; (Harte Butter), 2003. Auf Deutsch ist bisher nur der vorliegende Roman erschienen.
